Dean Smith one of the greatest college basketball coaches to ever live, but that is not why he is remembered he is remembered as a man with the greatest values, and sense of being this world has yet seen. He didnt become the coach to show off to everyone that he was the best, he did it to raise these aspiring basketball stars, not only in athletics but to raise them like true men in life. He did what he knew was right.

Epidemiologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Epidemiologists study the frequency and distribution of diseases within the human populations and environments. Specifically they measure the incidence of disease occurrence and relate it to different characteristics of populations and environments. Epidemiologists perform research, education, and public health practice in universities, government agencies, international organizations, and private corporations Epidemiologist often:

·         Work on developing or refining methods of measuring and evaluating disease occurrences

·         Develop and recommend public health policy

·         Study or research chronic disease, infectious diseases, disease outbreaks, injuries, occupations, and environments

Average Salary: $30,000-$50,000

Educational Requirements:

Students should take the most challenging high school courses (including AP or IB courses) available in science, math, and English.

Epidemiologists have, as minimum, master’s degree in public health. Undergraduate requirements for admissions into public health graduate programs and vary by schools but usually include strong backgrounds in biology, chemistry, mathematics and or statistics.

This is a great statement choosing the right is an amazing thing whenever you have chosen to do the right you feel something you feel great what you are feeling is happiness CTR makes you a better  person helps you achieve happiness. When you choose the wrong which is never a good thing to do you will feel remorce, regret, you will feel a horrible sensation because your conscience is eating away at you. If  you would like to come closer to being happy you should always choose the right and not the wrong.

Environmental Health Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Environmental health specialists advise and educate clients. They improve water and sanitation facilities and are involved in improving the environment.
 They often:

·       Collect and analyze samples

·       Screen samples for health hazards

·       Develop programs for prevention and education

·       Oversee disposal of infectious wastes

Average Salary: $25,000 - $50,000

Education:

Students should take college classes in high school specially math and science. A career of an environmental health specialist requires at least a Bachelor’s degree in environmental health or environmental engineer.

        CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!!

This particular career would not be my main interest but it does sound quiet interesting. I would love to help the environment in which i live in yet i would not become an environmental health specialist because i am interested in another similar career.

Emergency Medical Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

Emergency Medical Technicians-Basic (EMT-B) respond to emergency calls to provide efficient and immediate care to the critically ill and injured, and to transport the patient to a medical facility. After receiving the call from the dispatcher, the EMT-B drives the ambulance to address or location given, using the most expeditious route, depending on traffic and weather conditions. The EMT-B must observe traffic ordinances and regulations concerning emergency vehicle operation.

Average Salary:  $25,000 - $37,500

Educational Requirements:

        Students must have a high school diploma (in some areas GED certificates may be substituted) in order to become an emergency medical technician.  Driver's education, health, and science courses are strongly recommended and may be required before enrolling in some training programs.

Basic emergency medical technician training includes about  100-120 hours spent in the classroom and 10 hours in a hospital emergency room.  Emergency medical technicians are required to pass state licensing or certification tests and participate in continuing education programs.  Many emergency medical technicians earn associate degrees in their field.

i would not like to be an emergency medical technician because i wouldnt want to have peoples lives in my hands.

Educating yourself is a great thing but not only your brain but your heart as well. If educate your brain what good does it do you if you dont know what to do because you havent learned between wrong and right. That is why have to equally educate your mind and your heart.
