"Every time I've done something that doesn't feel right, its ended up not being right"
Mario Cuomo
All human beings have a conscience which helps them decide between right and wrong. There is always that feeling of guilt when  you do something wrong yet you know its wrong you still go along with it. At the end of the day you know that what you did is wrong and that guilt will hurt you. You will have  a consequence for what you did. When I was younger I used to talk back to my mom i knew it wasnt right but at the time i was mad i didnt think. At the end my brother showed me it was the wrong thing to do by talking to me about it. If something feels right do it, if it doesnt dont do it.

" when I do good, I feel good
when I do bad, I feel bad"
Abraham Lincoln
The way you feel, is a response to the way you act, that is whether you act good or bad. For example if I were to go and rob a store I would feel bad because I did the bad thing. If I were to open the door for someone I would feel good because I did the right thing I would feel good about myself. It makes you feel like your a good person.

I have three messages
(1)We should never, ever give up
(2)You never are too old to chase your dreams
(3)It looks like a solitary sport, but it takes a team

Diana Nyad

Diana Nyad gave of us some very inspiring words right after she reached her long life goal of swimming from cuba to Florida, a 103 mile swim at the age of 64. She told us that even though some things are hard to do, you dont just stop you continue until you finish them. The second thing she told us was that it doesnt matter how old you are you can always go back and make your dreams come true. When you have a goal it seems as if you are doing it yourself, but the truth is that it takes a team such as your family, and close friends who push you to chase your dreams.
