"Right is right, even if everyone is against it; and wrong is wrong even if everyone is for it."
William Penn
At times choosing the right means taking a different path than others that might not see the good in what you are doing. They might think  that it is uncool, humiliating you ignore it because it is the right thing to do and your conscience is probably the only one that is calm all around that room. So choose the right and take the less taken better path way even though everyone is against it.

Cowardice asks the question 'Is it safe?'
Expediency asks the question 'Is it politic?'
Vanity asks the question 'Is it popular?'

But, conscience asks the question, 'Is it right?'
And there comes  a time when one must take a
position that is neither safe, not politic, not popular but one must take it because ones conscience tells one that it is right.
 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

When you do something no other question but "Is it right?" goes through your mind although some will try to ignore that little voice that tells them that they are wrong it is still there. So dont avoid it listen to it it will help you in the long run. For example if some one is pressuring you into doing drugs do not think but it will be popular you try to make up excuses for what you have done wrong dont just choose the right.

Student Success Statement
"Right is right only when entire."
Victor Hugo
When you choose to do the right you do not do half of the right and then choose the wrong the other half. If you choose to do the right it has to be the complete right.  For example if you choose to be kind and pay the rest of a bill for someone such as a family member asks for a couple of dollars for something they want if you give them the money not lend you wont be asking them left and right to give you the money back. You chose the right to give it to them and now youre choosing the wrong to give it to others.

" That which we persist in doing becomes easier to do, not that the nature of the thing has changes but that our power to do has increased"
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Becoming persistent does not change what you are doing it just gives you a stronger will and mindset that will make it easier for you to accomplish it. Persistence will lead you to your goal slowly but surely, once you dont give up once there is no going back. Persistence will just make it easier because youve tried it so many times already.

When You Tell One Lie
Paul Hatch

When you tell one lie, it leads to another
So you tell two lies to cover each other
Then you tell three lies and, Oh Brother,
You're in trouble up to your ears!

So you tell four lies to try to protect you
Then you tell five lies so folks wont suspect you
Then you tell six lies and youll collect

A life filled with worries and fears

' Cause you cant remember how many lies youve told
And half the things you say arent true
And sometime you'll slip up, you'll trip up and then
Whatever will become of you?

So lie and lie without even trying
And each lie you tell will keep multiplying
'Till the whole wide world will know youre lying
Then you'll be
Suspected
Detected
Rejected
Neglected
Disliked
And you should!
When you lie, youre closing the door
On everything good
