This a wonderful  statement, what this quote is saying is that when you have thoughts of choosing the wrong it will lead you to do wrong, be a good person inside and out, if you have good thoughts of helping others that is what you will do. Whatever you have thoughts is usually what you intend to do so think good happy thoughts.
