Oral Care Professional
Duties and responsibilities: Oral care professionals remove tarter, stains, and plaque to keep your teeth healthy. In order for them to stay this way the oral care professionals apply fluorides to help teeth stay this way. Keep track of patient care, take x-rays and teach patients some healthy teeth techniques.
Salary: $70,210
Education: You need at least the minimum of an associate’s degree. High school students interested in becoming dental hygienists should take courses in biology, chemistry, and mathematics. Some dental hygiene programs also require applicants to have completed at least 1 year of college. Specific entrance requirements vary by school.

Reflection: I would not like to become an oral health professional because it is not something that I am interested in doing. Although the line of dentistry seems exciting it’s not the line of work that I am looking for.
