Patient Representative
Duties and Responsibilities:  Patient representatives work with health care providers to adjust to the patients and their family’s needs. They take complaints from patients and then inform the staff of this to correct what the patient is complaining about to provide a better service. Resolve patient problems. Patient representatives work in hospitals, nursing homes, other long-term care facilities, and in public health agencies.

Salary: $20,000 - $40,000
Education: Students still in high school should take the most challenging classes in English, math, science, and science.  Most employers hire employees that have a college degree or background but it is not a requirement.  Experience may also help you when applying for the job.

I would not like to become a patient representative because I am not really good with handling complaints, it would probably be overwhelming.
